Delivery times for the majority of items is 2 -3 working days from the time in which the order was placed. Delivery charge is £5.95 Including vat to all mainland UK addresses, free if the order is over £99.00.
If any items are faulty, we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 7 days from receiving the order or we are unable to accept a return.
If you would like to return any items that are not faulty, we will not accept any returns of less than 5 rolls. There will also be a 25% re-stocking charge for returned wallpaper and they must be the same pattern number. We cannot accept any returns for paint or wallpaper paste unless faulty.
Please ensure you purchase a sample before you place an order if you are in any doubt.
Colours on monitors vary widely so please be sure of the colour you order as the product being a different colour to the screen image is not a reason for us to accept a return.
