Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Delivery times for the majority of items is 2 - 3 working days from the time in which the order was placed.

Delivery charge is £5.95 Including vat to all mainland UK addresses, free if the order is over £99. We can ship to Europe, the price will be shown when you have added the items to your basket. You can call or email us anytime to check on the progress of your order.

Thibaut wallpaper is shipped from America and can take up to up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Returns:

If any items are faulty, we can arrange a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 7 days from receiving the order or we are unable to accept a return.

If you would like to return any items that are not faulty, we will not accept any returns of less than 5 rolls. There will also be a 25% re-stocking charge for returned wallpaper.

We cannot accept any returns for paint unless faulty. Please ensure you purchase a sample before you place an order if you are in any doubt. Colours on monitors vary widely so please be sure of the colour you order as the product being a different colour to the screen image is not a reason for us to accept a return.
